How to Live a Yoga Life & care for yourself lifelong

Jill believes that all yogis and yoga teachers should practice and study each of the following styles regularly so that they can learn how to take care of each aspect of themselves. Including all of these practices regularly in your life is the perfect recipe for health, happiness, and ongoing personal development and spiritual growth.

  • Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga help you tone your muscles and align your body so it can function well without pain or injury.

  • Yin Yoga helps you care for your bones and connective tissue.

  • Restorative Yoga helps you care for your nervous system.

  • Yoga Nidra and Meditation help you care for the deeper parts of yourself (your mind and consciousness). These practices help you release deeply held stress and emotional baggage, which greatly transforms your experience of life. This helps you progress towards enlightenment.

  • Ayurveda helps boost overall health through simple diet and lifestyle changes.

  • Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology help you stay aligned with nature and adjust to the changing seasons of your life.

Fortunately, it is not that hard to learn and add these practices to your life. Jill spent thousands of hours and dollars studying these subjects in depth, but you don’t have to! She designs fun, retreat-like classes, workshops, and trainings that cover practical knowledge- the things you need to know to put it into practice (the 20% of information that leads to 80% of the results) so that you can start applying these amazing practices to your life quickly and confidently.
