Practice the art of relaxing and explore how it can positively change your life. In this sublime class, we’ll start with Restorative Yoga poses, where your body is completely supported with props enabling you to relax and release deeply held stress. The experience of Yoga Nidra follows- a 45-minute guided savasana where we will rejuvenate each layer of ourselves and experience the very core of who we are. During this deep relaxation state, our brain waves settle into an alpha wave pattern, giving us the opportunity to change the way our brain is wired. We will then use an affirmation known as a sankalpa to access our subconscious and manifest profound changes in our lives. It is an amazing experience.
