Join Jill for an inspiring, rejuvenating Vinyasa yoga class that will help you make 2020 your best year yet. We will start with a guided visualization meditation that will help you envision the year ahead and identify your word for the year. Then we will continue to explore our words during a cleansing Vinyasa yoga practice that will help you release the past year and open up to the next. Then, we will end class with yoga nidra, a 30 minute guided relaxation where we will plant our intention (sankalpa) for the year deep within. I can’t imagine a better way to start your year!
