During this week’s meeting, we will study the philosophy related to Tapas (discipline, zeal in practice) in the Yoga Sutras and other texts and learn how to put these principles into practice in our daily lives. The class will end with a relaxing vinyasa practice that will activate our inner fire and help us embody Tapas. Then, for the rest of the month, we will contemplate Tapas and put it into practice.
