During this week’s meeting, we will study the philosophy related to Ishvara Pranidhana (surrender, letting go, connecting to the divine) in the Yoga Sutras and other texts and learn how to put these principles into practice in our daily lives. The class will end with a relaxing Yoga Nidra practice to help us learn how to enjoy letting go. Then, for the rest of the month, we will contemplate Ishvara Pranidhana and put it into practice.
