Eclipse Pep Talk and Yoga Nidra class: A Yoga Life Club Monthly Sharing Circle

This class will focus on the recent eclipses and how they can ignite big shifts in our lives. You will learn what the eclipse has in store for you and how to support yourself during the month-long Eclipse Cycle with yoga. I will also be doing mini-eclipse readings based on your birth chart for everyone who comes to class so you will know how the eclipse will likely affect you.

After that, we will do a long relaxing Yoga Nidra practice, a 45-minute guided savasana where we will rejuvenate each layer of ourselves and experience the very core of who we are. During this deep relaxation state, our brain waves settle into an alpha wave pattern, giving us the opportunity to change the way our brain is wired. We will then use an affirmation known as a sankalpa to access our subconscious, set an intention for the eclipse, and manifest profound changes in our lives. Doing Yoga Nidra is a great way to slow down, listen, and integrate the lessons the eclipse is teaching you.

Then, for the rest of the month, we will put what we learned into practice by cultivating the practices and journaling exercises that support us during the eclipse.
