Yin Yoga is a fantastic way to open up tight parts of the body, release muscle tension, and put your bones back into alignment. Learn how to use Yin Yoga postures to take care of your body to soothe and prevent common aches and pains in the upper body like knots in the upper back, shoulder pain, and a stiff neck. In this class, you will learn about why these aches and pains occur, how to prevent them, and how to take care of them using Yin Yoga. Yoga teachers will also learn how to use these techniques in private sessions to help their students.
