During this week’s meeting, we learn about and practice powerful advanced pranayama techniques that can ignite or calm your inner fire and help you deepen your practice of meditation. The class will end with a Restorative Yoga class involving breath work and a short meditation. Then, for the rest of the month, we will practice our chosen morning centering practice daily to see how it could change our lives.
