We will learn how to design and cultivate a customized morning centering practice. The class will end with a powerful morning centering practice involving chanting, breath work, and meditation that will help you tap into the highest within yourself at the beginning of the day in a short amount of time. Then, for the rest of the month, we will practice our chosen morning centering practice daily to see how it could change our lives.
